i sincerely  wish you can manage the club well,and everybody come to here can speak english,it's also a good way to improve your english ,just try your best and speak more,  even that you may make many mistakes

说实话,英语里面最没用的就是语法了,我跟一些外国朋友打过交道,没有一个人会讲话顾及语法的,他们的语法是糟糕得一塌糊涂,是初一学生都可以找出他们的语法毛病,但是一点都不影响交流....

多听多听多听....一定多听

if you want to improve your grammar,i think at first you can try you best to speak english,and you can read  or write ,and listen the english songs is also a good way for you.when you were waiting for anothers or you want to sleep,you can listen the songs or read some short english storys,make a good english learning environment...
